:: Fundraising
In order to maintain services to high risk youth, Alternate Shelter Society relies heavily
on public funding and private donations. Without these sources of funding, Alternate
Shelter Society would not be able to make a difference for the youth it serves. The
closure of many organizations such as Alternate Shelter Society has left many youth with no
options and little hope. Most youth that are turned away due to lack of resources end
up in a life of crime, prostitution, and an early death due to the harsh life on the
streets. Organizations such as Alternate Shelter Society can make a difference for many of these
individuals.
The Alternate Shelter Society needs your support and donations
to keep these programs running.
Some youth come into
our care possessing only the clothes on their back. Thus, we can use anything that youth need
on a day to day basis. Making an investment into our programs is an investment into a safe and happy future for all our children.
Please feel free to contact us for any further information about Alternate Shelter Society,
